Above are some of the remains of the Hurricane that flew into the hill just above Kilchoan. Much of the aircraft seemed to have ended up in two small lochans near where these parts were found. These parts had been recovered from the water around the time of my first visit in 2000, more recent visits have yielded more wreckage though these pieces have disintegrated.

This picture is to show the size of the wreckage that is left, only just over 1 ft in length.

More parts are gathered up in a small stone enclosure, it is herd to spot from the other side as the front is almost entirely covered in moss and heather.

A closer view of the parts with Beinn na Seilg in the background, on this hill is a memorial commemorating the loss of LF207 and LF160.

This is the plaque attached to one of the outcrops, it is the lowest point on the hill where both crash sites can be seen from.
